Early Fall

We have had a fun fall season so far! Maya has kept us busy and has continued to be a joy...the older she gets the more fun she is!

A catch up on the summer

Kim and I have continued to have a lot of fun times with Maya. Watching her grow has been a blast and it's amazing to see how the older she gets, the more fun she is. We have been blessed to have such a healthy girl with a great spirit and heart! If she's at all like her Mom, I will be in for quite a treat as her father. Kim has continued to work the night shift in the ER and has been doing quite well...she has gotten a couple intense certifications and is now qualified to work triage, which is a pretty big deal. I finished up the summer with several good hiking trips with my students, swims out at Lake Tahoe and local swimming pools, plus camping trips, a mission trip and lots of one on one time getting smoothies with students at Keva juice. The summers in youth ministry are great. We would appreciate your continued prayers and support for our family and I've posted some great pictures from the summer months with the Robinsons.

May's recap

We had some good fun this past month...we spent some time with Jonathan and Sandy Collins (friends from college who are living in San Diego)...we experienced more rain in Reno in one month than in the past two years! Enjoy the pictures.

The Toy Chest

For some reason we decided to nickname Maya our "little Chiquita" and she has become a monkey. We find her climbing on things all the time.

The Ripple Riders

It's not a new picture, but I was missing the beach and felt it was time to honor the Ripple Riders...Drew (No, I'm not cold), Mikey, Sammy, Rob (Old Man) and me.

Easter Egg Huntin'

We told Maya if she didn't collect the most eggs that she did not get get to go home. She decided that she would rather hang out in the field. The bottom picture is of Maya and her friend Madison and the one with paint on her cheek was Pete's attempt at painting a baseball.

First Birthday

Maya took it all in stride. She seemed to enjoy the cake, but never really went nuts on it. Kim and her Mom worked hard on the cakes, they were a big hit.
